This property comprises of both 1 and 2 bedroom flats. There are two main layouts within the flats, some have a small compact kitchen, all have a bay lounge window or small balcony. The main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and all have one cupboard for storage within the hallway of the flat.
These flats have electric storage heaters which run on economy 7 to assist with keeping utility bills lower.
There are two large roof terraces facing East and West for the residents use.
There is a large lounge and smaller bar area on the ground floor. These are used by the committee for their meetings and events. The lounge is also made available for residents at other times for their social events.
This block does have a lift that serves all floors and a laundry room with 2 two washing machines and two coin-operated tumble driers. This block has the added benefit of a guest room. This comprises of a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite shower room.
The room can be hired by any resident of Lions Dene for a maximum of a fortnight at a time for use by their friends and family.
