Properties

The society is overseen by a committee of 13 Lions members who meet 4 times a year. but are on hand throughout the whole year. The day to day running of the society is the responsibility of the General manager, assistant general manager and caretaker.

The management office is located within the block at Lions Gate, this office is the base for the general manager and assistant. As both managers carry out regular site visits the office isn’t always staffed, however there is an answerphone, emails can be sent and in an emergency situation there is also a mobile number.

Our Caretaker, Tony visits each site approximately 3 times a week. Tony is responsible for the cleaning of the public ways and external areas. He also carries out our emergency light tests, alarm tests and maintains the high standards within our properties we strive for.

All our repairs and maintenance is carried out by approved contractors, we work closely with our contractors and have built a good working relationship over the years. All our contractors are aware of our standards and policies and work in a safe and courteous way. All our contractors are fully insured and are members of the appropriate approved bodies.
